Facility Hosts

Each time you visit the Nature Centre you will be greeted by our wonderful team of Facility Hosts, also known as Exhibit Rovers! Every day is different at the Nature Centre thanks to the involvement and contributions of our Volunteer Naturalist team. Because of their varied interests and expertise, one day you may connect with an Exhibit Rover who is passionate about reptiles while the next you may learn more about local plants than you ever thought possible. This is a unique part of the Nature Centre experience and a highlight for many of our visitors!

Volunteers are the heartwood of our Nature Centre! Like the heartwood of a tree, volunteers are vital to the success of the Centre. Are you interested in joining our team and getting involved as a Facility Host? Learn more about our volunteer team.
