A family festival bursting with fun and activities for all ages at the Helen Schuler Nature Centre!

The Helen Schuler Nature Centre invites everyone to celebrate the change of seasons at Spring Nature Fest on Friday March 13 from 1:00pm to 5:00pm. This annual family festival will offer opportunities to enjoy the sights and sounds of Lethbridge’s river valley. This community event will feature interactive activities by the Oldman Watershed Council, Lethbridge Polytechnic Early Childhood Education Program, the Southern Alberta Art Gallery, the Galt Museum & Archives and Fort Whoop-Up.

Spring Nature Fest offers a mix of indoor and outdoor activities, including geocaching, scavenger hunts, arts and crafts, loose parts playground and much more!

“Spring’s arrival has everyone buzzing with excitement”, says Jessica Deacon-Rogers with the Helen Schuler Nature Centre, “Spring Nature Fest is the perfect chance for families to step outside and soak up the magic of the season—from the subtle shifts in the landscape to the unmistakable signs that spring is popping up everywhere you look."

Spring Nature Fest has something for everyone and provides a great chance to discover all that spring has to offer right in the heart of the city! All event activities are free to enjoy throughout the afternoon, at the Helen Schuler Nature Centre.

Attendees will have the chance to discover a variety of activities – including:
