Bird Watching - pick up a copy of the Birds of the Lethbridge Forests Field Guide then go outside to see if you can identify some of the birds in our cottonwood forest! Borrow a pair of binoculars to enhance your birding!!

Book a Field Trip - we offer science curriculum-based fieldtrips led by interpreters that know our site better than anyone! Several seasonal program topics are available to support multiple visits per year.
Plan a Picnic - there are so many nearby picnic areas that are a short walk from the Centre. Indian Battle Park (book Baroness Picnic Shelter), Little Fort Playground (small pod area).
Go for a Treasure Hunt - discover the hidden treasure of the river valley! Borrow a GPS unit and see if you can find them all (there are hundreds of geocaches around Lethbridge)!
