Lethbridge Plays

Did you know? Lethbridge is committed to PLAY. As a community, we are dedicated to prioritizing play for all children and youth.

We are a charter member of Lethbridge Plays, a group of local stakeholders brought together by the unifying belief in the importance of play, and the benefits play can have on our society. The City Council of Lethbridge unanimously adopted the Lethbridge Play Charter in the fall of 2018. Today organizations, local businesses, parents, and community members are working together to make play a priority in Lethbridge. The Lethbridge Play Charter is built on the United Nations Article 31, “Children’s Right to Play”.
